Product Introduction
The temperature controller uses the principle of calculus to master the state of the hot runner system and inputs the appropriate current to maintain the required temperature. In order to accurately control the temperature, it has the following characteristics:
- PIDD fuzzy control
The output is controlled by proportional, differential, and integral values to maintain the temperature accurately at the set temperature. - Automatic adjustment
Automatically measuring the capacity of the heating wire and the thermal constants of the mold (latent heat, heat release characteristics) allows accurate temperature control by controlling the constants and changes in usage conditions. - Output method
Different output modes can be converted according to different usage environments. - PWM Mode
Accurate temperature control can be achieved. However, the electrical noise is greater than that of the SSR method. - SSR Mode
The electrical noise is small but the temperature control characteristics are slightly worse than the PWM method. - Standard structure
Internationally accepted standard structure, solid aluminum alloy panel and bottom shell, reliably protect the circuit board. - Thermocouple temperature detection
It can set K-type and J-type thermocouple sensor signals, with precise nonlinear processing and integrated cold-end compensation. - Dual temperature system
Temperature setting and display in Celsius and Fahrenheit.
